You will also need the following documents to support your application.
- Certificate of Catholic Practice - where applicable this form is available from your Parish Priest, please make an appointment with them.

Non - Catholics - where applicable your will need a supporting letter from your religious leader.

Baptismal Certificate - You must take the original copy of your child’s Baptismal Certificate document to the school for verification (this document will be photocopied and returned to you)
