Science
Here at St Mary Magdalen’s we aim to help every student achieve their maximum potential when working scientifically. Children are naturally curious and it is our goal to help nurture this curiosity, allowing them to ask questions, develop new skills and link prior knowledge to help them create a deeper learning experience. Our students have, and will continue to learn a wide range of topics which will progress as they move through our school. We try to link Science lessons with other topics to help form a cross curricular ethos, helping our pupils to become more inquisitive, confident and interested in their own learning.
Primary science helps pupils to:
- Investigate and identify problems
- Learn how and why science works
- Discover why science matters in the world
We at St Mary Magdalen’s believe that we are helping to put the next man or woman on the moon - See how here
